Blues Music Awards
(formerly The W.C. Handy Awards).
Their latest release on Severn Records called...
MyLife, My Friends, My Music
was nominated
"Album of the Year".
Sugar Ray Norcias composition
" The Last Words of a Fool"
was nominated "Song of the Year".

Sugar Ray Norcia was nominated for "Instrumentalist-Harmonica" and Mudcat Ward was nominated for "Instrumentalist- Bass."

The Blues Music Awards will be presented in the Mississippi Delta at The Grand Casino Event Center in Tunica Resorts, Mississippi
on May 8, 2008.
